1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Vylt, you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s Standard EULA controls where applicable.

2. Apple Standard EULA

Vylt uses Apple’s standard Terms of Use (EULA), available at:

3. Purpose of the app

Vylt is a personal organization tool for recording information about belongings, documents, receipts, warranties, and related materials. Vylt does not provide insurance, legal, financial, appraisal, or professional recordkeeping services.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for maintaining appropriate backups, and for protecting access to your device. You must not use Vylt to store or process content unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Vylt may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and other in-app purchases through Apple’s App Store. The product name, subscription period, price, and included features are displayed before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
• Purchases are subject to Apple’s billing, refund, and subscription policies.

6. Restore purchases

You may use the Restore Purchases feature to restore eligible purchases associated with your Apple Account.

7. Availability and changes

The developer may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Vylt when reasonably necessary. Features may depend on your device, operating-system version, App Store availability, and permissions you grant.

8. Disclaimer

Vylt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. The developer does not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every recordkeeping purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, records, revenue, or profits arising from use of or inability to use Vylt.

10. Privacy

Use of Vylt is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Use may be updated when the app, its paid offerings, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
