When contacting support

Please include the following when relevant:

• Your device model and iOS or iPadOS version
• The version of Vylt you are using
• A short description of what happened
• Steps that reproduce the issue
• A screenshot or screen recording, provided it does not reveal sensitive personal information

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Use the Restore Purchases option in Vylt when you need to restore an existing entitlement.
